Warmth, peace, and serenity can be felt in the Nirvana Sauna through the heat bath inside the fir wood cabin; by pouring water over special stones that store the heat and gradually release it to the environment naturally and uniformly, the organism begins to expel significant amounts of toxins.
Perfect harmony between glass and wood
In Nirvana Sauna we can see the exaltation of the best design in this product category: external cladding and internal coloring as the new trend.
The former includes 2 kinds of wood: fir and hemlock, in a veneered version, or 2 glasses, black and white back-painted.
The interior paneling is made of hemlock or classic fir, painted black or white on the back wall, while all other walls are veneered.
The back wall has a narrow stave texture.
Stove – Kiuas
Finally, you are inside the sauna where you will find the stove (kiuas), from which hot steam is emitted and on which the hot stones (kivet) are placed; the water contained in the wooden bucket (ämpäri) is poured over these stones with the ladle (kaula). In this way, the temperature is raised to between 90-100° and the humidity level is very low so that the sweat evaporates and the skin does not get too hot.
Hourglass
There is an hourglass inside each sauna, but do you know how long you should spend in the sauna?
If you are a newcomer and it is your first sauna, it is advisable not to exceed 10 minutes, for subsequent times instead it is recommended to stay between 10 and 15 minutes, sitting or lying comfortably on the wooden bench, with your legs bent and your feet at the same height as the seat; after the time spent in the sauna, you should get up calmly to avoid dizziness.
